1. About these terms

These terms govern purchases from codedruns.uk, operated in the United Kingdom. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Age requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Codedruns. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Orders, prices & payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT. Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency only (BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL or LTC): after ordering you receive a unique payment address and an exact amount locked for 24 hours, and a contract forms when your payment confirms on the network. Unpaid orders expire automatically after 24 hours. Refunds are issued in the cryptocurrency you paid with, at the amount originally received. We may cancel and refund orders where a pricing error is obvious.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are set out on our Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery to your address or nominated safe place.

5. Returns

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund with free return postage. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products may only be returned if faulty. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

6. Product use

Products are sold for personal adult use. Always read the included instructions and product care guidance. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
