Discretion is the foundation of Codedruns, not an optional extra. Every single order — regardless of size or value — is packed and delivered under the same strict privacy rules.
The short version: plain brown box, no branding, sender shown as "CDR Retail", bank statement shows "CDR Retail", and tracking messages never mention the contents. Nobody knows but you.
What your delivery looks like
- Plain packaging: a standard brown cardboard box or grey mailing bag with no logos, colours or markings.
- Coded sender label: the return address reads "CDR Retail" — a name that reveals nothing.
- Neutral paperwork: no invoice or product names inside the parcel; your receipt is emailed with a neutral subject line.
- Silent tracking: courier texts and emails reference only a parcel number, never a store or product.
- Crypto-only payments: you pay in BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL or LTC — no card, no bank, nothing on any statement, ever.
Delivery options & prices
Sex toys & small items
- Standard Tracked (2–3 working days): FREE on orders over £40, otherwise £3.95.
- Next-Day Delivery: £6.95 — order by 4pm Monday to Friday.
- Safe place & pickup: choose a safe place, neighbour or local pickup shop with the courier after dispatch.
Sex dolls & torsos
- UK stock dolls: FREE — delivered in 3–5 working days by two-person courier. No customs, no import fees.
- EU stock dolls: FREE — 5–8 working days, all duties handled at checkout.
- Made-to-order dolls: built at the factory in 2–3 weeks, then FREE delivery to the UK & EU; worldwide delivery from £149 with all customs clearance handled by us.
Dolls travel in a plain, unbranded crate (approx. 155×45×35cm) labelled as household goods with a neutral sender name. A boxed full-size doll weighs 28–42kg — plan for a second pair of hands. The price you pay at checkout is always the final price: we handle any customs clearance and duties for every destination we ship to.
Returns & refunds
Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — and return postage is free. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products can only be returned if faulty; faulty items are always refunded or replaced.
Returns are sent to our coded address ("CDR Returns"), so even sending something back stays private.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days and we'll reship or refund immediately. Photos help us claim against the courier but aren't required for a refund.
