Codedruns ("we", "us") operates codedruns.uk. Because we sell intimate products, we hold ourselves to a higher privacy standard than a typical shop.
What we collect
- Order data: name, delivery address, email and phone number — used only to fulfil and support your order.
- Payment data: we accept cryptocurrency only, so we never see, request or store any card or bank details — just the transaction reference needed to match your payment to your order.
- Basic analytics: anonymous, cookie-light page statistics to improve the site.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
- We never send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in — and those are unbranded and easy to stop.
- We never include product names or images in transactional email subject lines.
How long we keep data
Order records are kept for 6 years as required by UK tax law, then deleted. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing [email protected].
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). To exercise any right, email us.
