1. Acceptance

By using CodeDruns, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to use this platform. All users are required to complete identity verification before accessing or posting adult content.

3. Content policy

This is a content subscription platform only. We do not facilitate escort services, in-person meetings, or location-based matching. Any attempt to use the platform for such purposes will result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for ensuring all individuals depicted in content are 18 or older and have given documented consent. Performer records must be accurate. CSAM is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.

5. Payments

Creators receive 70% of subscription and PPV revenue. The platform retains 30%. Payouts are subject to a minimum of £20 and are processed by our payment provider.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
