Model & Creator Agreement

This Model & Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Model” or “Creator”) and CodeDruns Limited (“CodeDruns”, “we”, “us”). By registering as a creator or listing a model profile, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be legally permitted to create and distribute adult content in your jurisdiction
• You must not be subject to any injunction, court order, or legal prohibition that would prevent you from operating as a creator
• You must have completed CodeDruns age and identity verification

2. Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain full ownership of all content you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content, you grant CodeDruns a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

This licence terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account, subject to legal retention obligations.

3. Content Standards

All content you upload must:

• Feature only individuals aged 18 or older
• Have been created with the full, informed consent of all participants
• Not depict illegal activities
• Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy
• Be owned by you or licensed to you for distribution

You must maintain records proving the age and consent of all individuals appearing in Your Content and provide them to CodeDruns upon request or as required by applicable law.

4. Profile Listings and Accuracy

If you list a model profile, all information you provide — including rates, services offered, location, and availability — must be accurate and truthful. Misleading or false listings may result in suspension. You are solely responsible for honouring bookings and engagements made through the Platform.

5. Revenue Share and Payments

CodeDruns operates a revenue share model. The applicable split will be communicated to you separately and may change with 30 days’ notice. Payments are processed to your registered payout method. Minimum payout thresholds apply.

• Chargebacks resulting from your fraud or misrepresentation will be deducted from your balance
• CodeDruns reserves the right to hold payments pending investigation of policy violations
• Tax obligations on earnings are your sole responsibility

6. Privacy and Data Protection

CodeDruns processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law (UK GDPR / NDPA Nigeria). Contact information you choose to share publicly on your profile is visible to all Platform visitors. Do not share information you wish to keep private.

7. Prohibition on Off-Platform Facilitation

You must not use the Platform solely to redirect customers to off-platform services in order to avoid fees. Brief promotional content directing fans to follow you elsewhere is permitted.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeDruns, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of: (a) Your Content; (b) your profile listings; (c) services you provide through the Platform; or (d) your breach of this Agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. CodeDruns may suspend or terminate your account immediately upon breach of this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or the Acceptable Use Policy. Outstanding verified balances will be paid out within 30 days of termination unless withheld for legal reasons.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK-based creators, and the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for Nigeria-based creators. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
