Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of CodeDruns (“Platform”) and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Platform you agree to comply with this AUP. CodeDruns is an adult-oriented talent directory and premium media platform. All users must be 18 years of age or older.

1. Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. Creators must complete age verification before publishing any content. You must not use the Platform on behalf of anyone under 18, and you must not share access credentials with minors.

2. Permitted Content

The Platform permits adults to share and monetise:

• Professional talent profiles, comp-cards, and booking information
• Adult photo and video content where all individuals are 18+ and consenting
• Explicit audio recordings between consenting adults
• Escort and companionship service listings (where legally permitted in your jurisdiction)
• Live streaming sessions between consenting adults

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Any content depicting minors in a sexual manner — this will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement
• Non-consensual imagery (NCII) or “revenge porn”
• Content involving violence, coercion, or lack of consent
• Fraudulent profiles or impersonating another person
• Trafficking, solicitation, or facilitation of exploitation
• Spam, phishing, or manipulative marketing
• Uploading content you do not own or have the rights to
• Using the Platform to harass, stalk, or threaten any person
• Attempting to circumvent payment systems or chargebacks for services rendered
• Sharing other users’ personal contact information without consent

4. Model / Creator Obligations

• You must only list services you genuinely offer and can legally provide in your jurisdiction
• Rates and service descriptions must be accurate and not misleading
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your country/region
• You must not accept bookings from users you suspect are under 18
• All content you upload must feature only consenting adults aged 18+

5. Fan / Viewer Obligations

• Do not share, redistribute, or repost any premium or paid content without permission
• Do not screenshot or screen-record private content
• Treat creators with respect — harassment will result in account suspension
• Do not attempt to obtain personal contact information through fraudulent means

6. UK Compliance (Online Safety Act)

CodeDruns operates in compliance with the UK Online Safety Act 2023. We maintain age verification systems, operate a CSAM hash-matching programme, and cooperate with the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF). Any illegal content discovered will be removed and reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Nigerian Content Compliance

Content for Nigerian audiences is provided in accordance with applicable Nigerian law. Users in Nigeria are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) guidelines and all applicable Nigerian statutes.

8. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP, use the in-app report feature or email [email protected]. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Urgent CSAM reports are escalated immediately.

9. Enforcement

CodeDruns reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate this AUP. Serious violations (CSAM, trafficking, NCII) will be reported to law enforcement without prior notice.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
